I am currently in the replacement process with Oculus. They seem to have great customer service, but I am disappointed with the fragility of the product.

Design is very nice, however slightly to heavy for younger kids I feel. Case is sleek looking , however zipper seems cheap. Returned it and bought the elite strap (no extended Battery)

Way better than the strap that comes with the Quest2. However it only took 2 months and I started to get cracks on the side. Did some searching and found out it is very common on these Elite Straps. Another month later and my headset fully snapped. Reached out to Oculus support and they replaced the strap for free. Yet the replacement also snapped. Didn't try for another replacement.
