Way better than the strap that comes with the Quest2. However it only took 2 months and I started to get cracks on the side. Did some searching and found out it is very common on these Elite Straps. Another month later and my headset fully snapped. Reached out to Oculus support and they replaced the strap for free. Yet the replacement also snapped. Didn't try for another replacement.

It tends to ride high on my head and I have to constantly readjust it..... Lots more choices out there that might be more comfortable than this one... I'm gonna keep looking around for something better

But the arm of it started to break a week or so in and 3 weeks in, it's about to snap in half. I don't even use it that much. Very bad quality.
