Breaks too easily for cost

The first was across the main plastic strap that seems to be a common issue while the second broke where the black back head part connects to the main arm. The 2nd was repairable to it's OK, but for $50 this is too much for something that cost them less than a dollar in material. I have very curly, long hair so the release screw is nice, but it's clearly not designed for anyone other than no hair or flat hair. If this one breaks again, I won't buy a third.

I dont know what causes this but its not too far off from snapping as I see from pictures on the internet.

Not Good!

After three of them in less than 3 months, I am finally just putting the latest one on the shelf, and going back to the strap it came with. The slightest twisting pressure on the side straps and they snap like a potato chip... Very sad! Possibly if they made the plastic thicker, added some ribbing to strengthen them, or added some kind of armature to allow rotation... Bottom line: IT WILL BREAK IF YOU USE IT... sorry! If you must, buy the warrantee.
