    After 5-6 times of use, the side snapped off while I was gently extending it for use. It always felt flimsy for something that costs $60.

    Not a whole different than the regular strap as far as taking weight off your face. I got the bobo m2 pro eventually and that’s the way to go… plus this thing is notorious for breaking…

    Unfortunately, this is a poorly designed item. After three of them in less than 3 months, I am finally just putting the latest one on the shelf, and going back to the strap it came with. The slightest twisting pressure on the side straps and they snap like a potato chip... Very sad! Possibly if they made the plastic thicker, added some ribbing to strengthen them, or added some kind of armature to allow rotation... Bottom line: IT WILL BREAK IF YOU USE IT... sorry! If you must, buy the warrantee.
