It's way too easy for the weak plastic to break. Once this thing breaks off of your face, that's it. You can't glue it. You're just screwed. Months of tightening it to fit my face and I find that two of them have broken now. I might as well just stick with the elastic band that it came with.

Before it breaks, it is very comfortable and much more convenient than the default strap. It WILL break though, even with very gentle handling. Facebook's warranty process is cumbersome and invasive requiring multiple email exchanges including photos, receipts, usernames, serial #s.

Headband strap broke.

Purchased with the unit in February, today I picked it up and both sides of the headband at the back are cracked. I tried to change back to the original while I checked to see if I could exchange it, and while I was doing that, it fell apart completely. Going to head to the store to see what I can do.
