I too became victim as the side of the strap cracked (like many other reviews i came across) and it was all down hill from there. I definetly suggest looking into reviews before you buy.

Strap cracks

Strap eventually starts to crack in different places. Started duct taping it but eventually fell apart. Too expensive for the quality.

The regular straps on the Quest 2 are more comfortable than this do stabilize it plenty well enough. This strap also feels flimsy compared to others like the PS VR and I would not expect it to last long.

Was very happy with it until it broke. After about 3 weeks of light use the side pieces cracked and broke making it useless. This was well taken care of. Far too expensive to break after little use.
