Not worth the money I've had this for a couple of months and only do light VR here and there and the strap is already breaking. You're honestly better off getting a cheaper knock off from Amazon.

Mine broke just putting it it’s case the day before my last day to return. For $50, you would hope for better quality. Luckily Best Buy made it easy to exchange. This time I bought the extended warranty, which is sad considering what this product is. It shouldn’t snap that easily.

If you consider getting this, buy the warranty because the sides tend to crack easily. This is my 2nd one that cracked. The first one cracked in 2 months. The 2nd one cracked in 8 months. In those 8 months I only used it for 30 days or less.

doesn't fit very well. Not a good fit compared with halo strap.

I didn't like the Elite Strap too much. It's not terrible, but. I thought using the original strap on the Meta Quest 2 was more comfortable.

Although this strap is much more comfortable than the stock nylon that came with it I still cannot recommend. Broke almost exactly one month after purchase with light use. Nothing about this is "Elite".

I received the Elite strap with it already broken... The back head rest that nestles the strap against your head was broken upon opening the box, I don't care to be one of those people that complain and send stuff back so I super glued it and trucked on.

Currently requesting a replacement for this strap (while I wait for them to review my submitted proof to replace, I'll write a review). I saw the reviews, I'm also in a Facebook group for the oculus quest 2. I figured you only see the bad, and people are typically rough with their gear. I have to say that I was not surprised that mine broke, but disappointed as I was careful with it as much as I could be. I'm currently being told it'll be a while until they can investigate the authenticity of my request, so let's see how long it takes to replace. TL/DR I would strongly suggest you avoid the elite strap.

10 days later the headset broke. I picked up the unit and the side strap plastic just broke. The flexible plastic doesn’t seem to be able to handle the tension of tightening the headset straps. Best Buy customer service argues with me upon returning the defective product. Stating they can’t return a broken product. Upon requesting a manager they returned the defective product. This product should last more than 10 days.

Well I can't vouch for build quality here. About a month into owning it, the rubber part that cradles the back of your head came off on one side, revealing a sort of connecting surface that seems to have been superglued after attaching ONE tiny screw. This screw is installed in such a way that you cannot access it agian without a very tiny screwdriver and bending the plastic more than you should have to. But I repaired it. Again and again and again. Now there is a split forming in the plastic frame on that side. I have to put gorilla tape on it and hope for the best. Would not buy again.

Better than the default strap but certainly not by much. Very flimsy feeling and still felt like the bulk of the weight was at the front of the face. Also did nit fix my issue with thr ipd not matching where i can see better.

Like many others, even with being careful with it, the plastic strap has cracked on the side! Poor quality for $50. It's very comfortable but does not last.

Broke after 4 weeks of use and now outside the return window so I can't get a new one I now have to tape the strap But was still better then the default strap

This item was great for 5 days it help to balance the VR and made it more comfortable But 5 days in it broke On the right side And so did my sisters Bad design

You almost have to have this to be comfortable wearing the headset, problem is, the side straps break pretty easily. I wish there was an alternative.

I've only had it for less than two months and it broke. The plastic band just broke in two. And it is not returnable any more. Don't buy this it is not made well. The plastic is very thin and brittle.

My grandson really enjoyed this better than the head strap that comes standard, but it broke within the first 60 days without much over use. For the price it should not have broken so easily.
