Overall great VR experience but without having it 2 years I have the screen of death and not even the factory reset has done nothing. Wasted money down the drain

A lot of people, myself included the sides of the strap are breaking. I got a small crack along the bottom of one of the sides and I have not mis-used it at all. I can and will be returning it. Oculus is aware of the problem and are currently recalling the item.

After 20 minutes I usually find myself adjusting it because of the strain it causes on my head. If I could return it I would but Best Buy doesn’t have that long of a return policy. If you can dish out the money for a frankenquest 2 I recommend doing that instead.
