Not sure if you can get a hold of mey order it hasn't came yet

Worked great until it snapped between the back head rest and the snap on in the headset

Although my headset was stored in the Oculus brand case on a shelf with nothing on top of it, after a couple of months, I opened the case and one side of the plastic straps that connects to the unit snapped. Now it's taped up. Poor quality for both the cheap plastic on the strap and a horrible case design.

Hurt my eyes after awhile. Not as good as the hype makes it. Pretty average.

My son had had this less than 2 months and the strap has broke

Very small tight sweet spot. Left or right of center is fuzzy and blurred. Expected more.

My sons broke after only 5 months of use. Now he uses original strap

My family has purchased 5 of these in the last 3 months, all used by adults. None have been used frequently, probably one person uses it 3 times a week for 2 hour sessions. The others use their machine weekly for about an hour or so.. Three have already broken and have been fixed with superglue and strong tape.

I got this because the strap the system comes with is horrible. This strap didn't fix things. It's still uncomfortable, and the plastic has already snapped in half, in messed than 2 months. The Oculus 2 was a bad buy, but it's already last return date. Don't but this, or the Oculus. Save your money

Design and appearance is very good however the strap broke after cery little use. This serms to be a common issue and seems to be related to the choice of plastic used in the manufacturing. Until this is rectified by Oculus in a redesign I would suggest choosing an alternative from a different vendor.

It works for a little while. But just like everyone else. It breaks.

Was easy to set up and worked great on Christmas Day. It was a lot of fun. The next day it wouldn’t turn on. Total bummer for my kid.

I had to return this once because the first one broke on the first day and this one did a little better broke in the first week. Not only did they both break not during use but they broke sitting on a shelf just woke up and in the morning the entire plastic was cracked and in pieces

I recommend this product because it makes your device fit comfortably on your head

Broke after 1 month of use, we continued trying to use after altering it a bit, but now another piece snapped. Oculus should not have continued to sell it when they knew there were issues. They made the decision to sell anyways giving the cost of loss to customers. No integrity.

It fits okay. The strap is not durable. It can break easy

The bad design of this headsets leads the rigid plastic struts to fail. Of the 5 people I know who ordered the official Oculus Elite strap, all of them cracked in the same place. I don't know what causes this failure specifically, but it seems to be an issue across the board.
