Works amazing and it’s easy to install I love it..

This head strap broke in less then a week after buying it.. while I was wearing it, playing a game. It says it has a 2 year warranty so I contacted Best Buy who told me to contact Oculus directly. Still waiting to hear from oculus...

Don’t buy broke overnight after 3 months of moderate use. Literally it was sitting in a room untouched and the next day I went in and it was snapped in two. The room was cool. Don’t think plastic can withstand changes in temperature.

Cracked not after even owning it a month and conveniently long enough so it's not returnable to best buy either. You knew the problems this was having and have no warning on the product so should be held liable like the company.

Get a face rash while facebook data tracks your every movement. VR is cool and fun but Facebook version is a giant fail. Been waiting weeks for a replacement part of their recall as my headset collects dust.

It does not fit my head, even fully extended. Tons of pressure on the front of my face to the point that I can feel the plastic digging into my skull. Plastic arms seem really cheap as well.

I knew this had problems, took a chance. Broke in less than one week. Didn’t bother with a refund or the hassle with facebook. Sits in the box broken and failed. GARBAGE. Buy a third party head strap else where.

I’ve already had to replace it twice. The strap breaks very easily and we have been extra cautious with the replacements. Just tightening it on your head flexes the sides and causes a breaking point.

Does not support Microsoft Flight Simulator. Display itself is what one sees on the monitor screen. No 3D and reduced resolution.

The wroth product I never buy. It just broke off while on your head. Not even 30 days yet. FYI please buy protection plan If you really need it. Oculus need to use better material for their products.

Had the product for about six months. It worked perfectly fine for the time that I had it. But after little to no usage, the piece of plastic on the side just broke in half. Very disappointed.

These put terrible pressure on your face and back of head i had bought 2 we both suffered the same issue for the cost of these oculus could've made a better head strap.

After about 30 hours of use it broke pretty clean on the left side. the way it broke tells me the plastic is just too flimsy and cheap. Do not get this. If you do make sure to buy the warranty.

Horrible quality and it breaks very easily. This is a well known issue that the manufacturer has yet to address.

Bad. Get the DAS or a halo strap. Save yourself the time and money. The Elite strap, wine better than the default strap, still has the sand issues with comfort and weight distribution.

Bought this strap in February 2021. The strap broke in half from normal use in only 2 months time. This appears to be a problem as noted in other reviews I've read. Buyer beware!

Broke ..not even a month old. Didn't do anything to make it snap. Wish it was made with cheap material. Because the design it's wonderful. Best strap if was made with cheap plastic

I think we all know what's wrong with this strap and how it's not worth the money paying for save your money and just wait until they come up with a new head strap for the Oculus quest 2

Broke after 1 month. Terrible return policy Nowhere in this reality or a virtual one should any item break after only a month Very sad timeframe of return on Best Buy end
