A big improvement over the standard headstrap. I haven't tried the battery option, but this strap has greatly improved the weight distribution. They only downside is if you are sitting in a chair, this strap makes it more difficult to sit with your head back on the chair. But for active use, I definitely recommend this headstrap.

This is more then a step up from the strap that comes with the oculus. My son was getting frustrated every time he got a chance to play on it because of the strap but with this item it’s a whole new experience. The comfort is so good that you will forget that you have it on.

Super comfortable. I purchased this with the Oculus2 based on recommendations from other purchasers so I have only used the Oculus2 with this head strap. I have worn the Oclulus2 for hours before my head even starts getting a little tired, but most times I'm using the Oculus2 for maybe a couple hours and I never feel head tired.

The headstrap is amazing. The elite strap allows for more comfort ane significant better Vr experience it. The tightening feature that allows you go adjust it is just the best! Although the side plastic parts can feel flimsy at times i can ensure you they are decently strong. Otherwise its a great product

This, or some competitor, is pretty much a requirement. The stock strap is terrible, this one is actually amazingly comfortable and does the job; should have just included this stock and increased the price for it.

Significantly improves the comfort and usability of the Quest over long sessions!

My ex husband bought this because we bought one for our son. He seen how it worked so good that he had to get one for himself. That days alot about this product definitely hands down best item.

super awesome. Now I kill stormtroopers in comfort as I choke the life out of battle droids and slice ppl in half with Darth Maul's lightsaber. totally worth it. also, I'm not saying you should get Vader immortal on the quest, but you should get Vader immortal on the quest. but yeah it's comfortable

Not impressed in comparison to cloth strap. Does it look cool yes. In some ways less comfortable than cloth strap. Is it more convenient if sharing head set? Yes definitely. Does it feel more secure? Yes but that might be because it it has opposing tension than it actually being so. Actual pressure of headset against face feels increased. Thought would be better for glasses wearer over cloth, not really in terms of comfort. However I think cloth could potentially shift slightly more over elite strap for more active user. If you want to lean head back or lie down, cloth strap is better.

I’m giving this 4 stars for now because it really is a huge difference compared to the original strap. But I am cautious because I have seen so many of these snapped online. Hope mine doesn’t do the same.

To be honest I HATE how much this bit of plastic cost but it is SO SO SO much better than the head strap that comes with the quest. Get it adjusted right and its super comfortable and I have a larger than average head and theres plenty of room for me as well.

The head strap that is included with the Quest 2 is low quality and just not great to wear. This is easy to adjust and comfortable for the length of the battery charge.

Changing over from the elastic strapping to this was a breeze. Headset feels better balanced and is more comfortable. Putting the headset on and taking it off is easier and quickly adjustable. I do feel that the OQ2 should have been sold with this item included from the start.

My headset needed a very much needed strap upgrade. This one is easy to set up and super comfortable to put on. The adjustable nob on the back makes for easy fit and doesn’t gives me headaches.

I love this strap, much better then the Original flismy strap that comes with the quest. However, mine did crack and I am on my second. I stongly recommend get a warranty on this product.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are talking about. Saying this strap breaks within two weeks of use thats bologna. If you plan on spending any amount of time in your vr set this is a must have. This strap is so comfortable such a difference maker. Its perfect no matter what style of games you play.

Maybe I should be nicer, because it could be my head shape or something, but this thing gives me a weird headache on the back of my head. It certainly keeps the headset from moving around, but I can only wear it for about 20 minutes before I have to take it off. I also think $60 is way more than it's worth....quality seems ok, but that's a lot for what it is.

Must have if you have the Oculus 2. I have fine hair and the original head band that comes with it, slipped off my head easily. Bought this one after it was suggested by my kids. It's comfortable, easy to use but most importantly it stays on my head. I'm happy with this purchase.

I’ve heard that these are very fragile, but so far they have held up well so far. I have a bigger sized head, so I appreciate the extra room they give. Only downside is the cost.

The product itself is great and really should be an essential for all Oculus owners. Construction is similar to the Oculus itself and outside of being very “plasticky” is very comfortable
