Very comfortable, easy to wear. BUT, I just put the headset on my head and went to tighten to the strap and it just snapped on one side. Cracks all over the plastic. I had this for less than 90 days and already have to buy a replacement.

They work great awesome techy contraption keep it up on this kind of product.

This strap provides a comfortable fit but the arms are made of thin cheap plastic that break easily. This item was given as a Xmas gift and has been used a handful of times and the arm broke near the rear of the headset. Not worth the $50 bucks that it cost. I wouldn’t recommend this product until major improvements are made to reinforce the arms on this strap

It has been exactly a month since I bought this product and let me tell you all the stories are true, it broke like a piece of cardboard, it happen suddenly I did not even notice. I take really good care of my electronics, I do not use my Oculus Quest 2 that often either, how this happen? I do not even now, I think they need to redesign this "elite" strap thing because it is as flimsy as paper. The only good thing about it is that it feels comfortable it makes a difference (while is not broken) so planning to buy one? Make sure to get geek squad protection plan or extended warranty of sorts.

Great strap for oculus2. Holds much better than the original. Easy to attach.

Excellent quality for price. No regrets. Oddly improved night vision.

Fun game for the whole family. Lits of games to play.

This headstrap will eventually break. I have had two replacements now and I bought it just 5 months ago. I do not even use it daily. They have extended the warranty to 2 years but it’s a hassle of around 3 weeks to receive a replacement as you have to send it back to them and submit lots of information and pictures. This is more comfortable than the elastic strap that comes with the device but you still suffer from pressure put on the front of your face. As the Oculus Quest 2 is still front heavy due. A halo strap is the only way to alleviate this issue.

The head strap arms will break on you with even just normal use. I used the elite strap gently for a few months and one of the arms snapped while simply removing the headset from my head. Oculus Support did replace the strap under warranty, but the product itself is still poorly designed.

More comfortable than the stock strap. But it’s very brittle. A large piece just fell off as I was wearing it. I never dropped it or handled it roughly. Keep your receipt and warranty info handy.

This review is coming in about a year and a bit later. I purchased this headset and love the fit of it. It worked great until earlier today when I put it on, the headset snapped and almost fell off. The quest doesn't get used a ton (1-2 sessions a week), so I'm disappointed this happened and am looking into a warranty replacement. It seems that issues have, at one point, been so significant the warranty on these headsets were extended.

I got the Elite Strap for Quest 2 I bought for my mom. The more substantive strap was comfortable and helps the headset feel more secure on your head... however, it broke after less than 3 weeks of very light use. Neither my 60 year old mom nor I are putting in the hours playing BeatSaber or some movement intensive game. It gets maybe an 1 hour use every couple days. Tonight a strap snapped clear off, just taking the thing out the case. The other strap is clearly cracked. Not worth the price

Overall was pretty good while it lasted. I am very easy on my devices, and I had heard that these tend to break easily. So i was very careful with mine. I usually have it sitting with the goggles face down and the strap in the air. I went to pick it up to use it one day and it was broken on one side like someone did it on purpose. However in my house I know thats not the case. It didnt even last me 3 months! Now I get to deal with Oculus and their whole return process.

Originally would've given this 5 stars, but it falls apart very quickly even if you don't use it much. It seems like a premium quality build but the side straps are very cheap and will start to wear after a couple months of just light use (Once a week for an hour or two). Tried to be even more careful with it, but both sides eventually just broke without warning as I took it out of the protective case I kept the Oculus in. We've already gone through two sets of these with the same exact issue,

The actual product is good but it doesn’t last long. Bought the accessory three months ago and the plastic on one of the sides is cracking already.

I hate that I have to give this 1 star. This item is amazing, and is really comfortable, but it has a very big flaw. It must be a weak point in the mold or something cause I’ve seen it happen to a lot of people. The plastic side piece snapped in half. I knew this was possible so I was very, very careful with it. It seems like a really strong plastic. Not sure why this happens.

Owned for 1 day. and it broke on me. While very comfortable, its a complete waste of money. this should be marked at $15 and not $50

Warning. The strap WILL fail depends on when it was purchased. Both elite straps that I ordered broke. First one creaked in three different places. (the white sliding strap) Second one the head cradle broke off on one side. Both were cared for. Not dropped or thrown around. Facebook is honoring the warranty. Got my first replacement in the mail two days ago after a month of waiting for stock (after RMA was approved). Your mileage may vary and it seems like they have changed the material for the strap. Fingers crossed. Do your research.

This strap makes wearing quest very comfortable. It has good cog to setup the quest as per your head size. The original band seems to be not so flexible
