I thought the factory strap that it came with was fine... until I tried this one. If you don't have one of these, get one. You won't regret it.

THE CUTTING EDGE IN VR !

Vivid 3D graphics, comfortable to wear and the cutting edge in VR reality. Oculus is the highest quality of the VR gear I have tried so far. Love it!

Easy to install and use and so much better and more comfortable!

The strap that comes with it is not great, and this is more than worth the price for the comfort it adds. I'd say it's essential for longer play sessions.

It would always slip. This stabilizes it. It’s a much smoother gaming experience. It was a little confusing to attach.
