Oculus Quest Headset

He had the device two months and the plastic on the headset broke on one side and cracked on the other. I called oculus customer service and they stated the product had a two year warranty. I returned this week and I am awaiting the product. The new device comes with a two-year warranty.

I am a bit arthritic in my shoulders and elbows and needed a more rigid strap to get the Oculus on my head reliably, compared to the strap that comes with the Quest 2.
