Adjusting using the dial is way easier than the velcro especially if you have the whole family playing and everyone has a different size head.

It or its big brother with the battery are worth the extra cost, if you intend to use your Oculus Quest extensively.

I've had mine for 4 months now and it hasn't cracked.
