Oculus does offer a two year warranty with free replacements for this strap, but just be warned since it took around two weeks to get my replacement after I opened the ticket.

I've very careful with it and I keep everything in a nice padded case. Finally decide to fire my headset up and when tightening the strap, it snapped in half. There was basically no pressure on it, either... just snapped.
