Buy it, it's so premium, stock head strap sucks

Bought 2 and both still working

Elite strap…GET ONE!

I would definitely suggest getting one if yours did not come with one. It takes the “heavy “ feel off your head. Also found a special case that holds the entire headset without removing the elite strap.
