It fits your head and makes it easy to wear the oculus for long periods of time (compared to the regular one that comes with the oculus). It got 5 stars for that. However, and this is the main point i gave it a 2 star. The white plastic strip that connects the headset and goes around your head, is WAY to fragile. Its been 6 months since ive bought it, and it already snapped. Apparently, this is something that others have complained about as well. They said they improved the quality of the it from the first one they released, but if you search online, this is a re-ocurring issue.

It’s elasticity allows the headset to slip on my face with any rapid movement, and is frustrating to adjust on your head. The Elite Strap corrects this with a fixed receptacle for the back of your head which is adjustable with a bike helmet-like disc. It is more comfortable, easier to adjust, and resists most slipping events. I’m a fan.

Also if you are like me and need extra battery the ones with the extra battery are awesome. I love my quest, but not so much their straps
