Made cheap.

But this thing is made very cheap. Make sure you get the warranty cause i had to replace these 3 times going on 4.

I'm not suggesting they are bad, but for the price there should be more. I found far more comfortable ones on amazon for the ones I use at work and not even half the price

Good, but could be gooder...

Pros are overall build quality, software environment, and available content all top notch. Cons are weak straps, mandatory FaceBook account, lengthy calibration, disjointed troubleshooting when interface is not responsive attempting to view player online via portal -the site is useless when troubleshooting and just doesn't want to connect sometimes. We do have fun, but broke one of the straps. We also constantly deactivate Fb accounts to stop being ad targeted. I like the idea of managing access via human authentication (fewer bots & spoofs), but wish the account management was a separate verification system.
