No more pausing to re-adjust, no more headaches from the headset being off-center even though I just centered it. It really should have shipped with the headset, but I'm not taking a star off because this "addon" does everything that it needed.

But I was a little disappointed and was hoping it would be more like the halo type that is much more comfortable.
