The quality of the product is ok. Such as picture. The fit of the headset is annoying, but there is no other choice. Games and options are still limited. Don’t forget you also have to buy all the new apps you want. Expensive investment. More fun when you use someone else’s that THEY purchased lol. But if you have disposable money it’s cool to have a def was fun and hilarious watching other enjoy. That was more fun than doing it yourself!

However, unused it for two months and the strap broke. I am going to go buy another one because it is still better than the original abs much easier and faster to put on.

I bought it anyway, but purchased the Best Buy protection. I was VERY careful with the head strap, always loosening it before taking it off. Even so, it was only a month before the first crack appeared. I wasn't too worried as I had the service plan. I took it to my local Best Buy for replacement, but there was no stock at any regional store. Ultimately, they ended up refunding me for everything.

Good quality. Lots of opportunities for upgrades that have to be made by purchasing aftermarket add ons

Be warned though, this strap will break if you drop it or something drops on it. Put it somewhere safe and it will serve you well.

My question is why it wasn't part of the original design instead of being an add-on. That's a rhetorical question because we all know that it was done so that Facebook could make more money.

He is enjoying it but he did get a bit frustrated when the controlers quit working or atleast one and he had to reboot it and start over. Since then it has been working fine.
