I personally did not have my strap crack but the stress of 'will this be the time it cracks', every time I put it on, was too much and will be returning it and going with a DAS. It is overall pretty comfortable and would warrant 5 stars. But the production issues for an $ 50 "elite" up-sale is inexcusable. Oculus has suspended sales of this product there are so many reports of it cracking and breaking. Buyers beware.

Comfy strap but it broke!

It feels very comfortable and the functionality is much better than the original strap. However, it snapped in half after a few months of use. The Quest fell right off my head. I would not recommend this product based on what happened to me. Apparently the break has happened to others as well.

A must-have.
