I've heard the horror stories of people's elite straps breaking on them. I have yet to have that happen. (hopefully it stays that way) It's a huge upgrade from the original strap and I would recommend getting this if you can.

It's a good fit for adults but not for my 10 year old. I would definitely recommend for adults.

We love this product but wish it was a little more adjustable for smaller heads or maybe have differnt sizes.

This is the strap to have. It makes the the headset fit so much better. A must have for the metaquest.

I bought this for my 11 year old and it really helped her while playing. I did buy the warranty because I read other reviews. We have had this almost 2 months and she uses it daily and it is working great.

Definitely worth the buy. I don’t like the price, but I don’t want my oculus moving while playing or breaking. Easy to use though

This has changed everytying for me, I love this head set, its easier when friends or family memebers why to try it too. Just turn a knob rather than those annoying straps. I highly recommend this!

I was really mad at myself for taking so long to purchase this. It made life so much easier when trying to delve into the VR world.

Such a better upgrade from the default head strap. I like the dial on the back to tighten and loosen. I highly recommend this for the Oculus Quest 2. Easy to replace the default strap with the Elite Strap, took seconds.

This changed the way I was able to play games with a lot of head movement. The original system moved to much. This one keeps the headset stable stable. It will move sometimes but I just tighten it a little more.

This is something my son has vm been wanting. The strap that comes with the Quest is not as comfortable as this one. The other one makes his face sweat.

Works great. It relieved pressure on the face and reduces the amount of movement when compared to the one that comes with the unit.

This is the opposite of what the Oculus 1 was. In that it feels VERY VERY VERY cheap and uncomfortable. The default strap and face pad are just a joke. If one wishes to use a Quest 2, buying a separately sold strap is a must. The FOV feels narrower than on the Quest 1. The lenses are not sharp around the edges, which further lowers the usable FOV. The sound crackles and when you navigate within the home menu, there is always some accompanying weird noise coming out. The brightness of the screen is dimmer (the lacking of blackness of the LED screens is not evaluated as I don't think it's an issue). The positives: it is lighter and the wight is distributed better. And it is faster. These two made me keep my unit. But I also bought additional attachments (strap, face-pad with noise cover, a battery pack), and the price of the unit is higher than the price of the original Quest 1, and yet the Quest 2 still feels flimsy and cheap bric-a-brac.

I’m not sure you really need this! It’s nice but not $50 worth of nice.

Oculus is a great VR platform. I know Facebook gets a lot of flack but this hardware is amazing. I'm also planning to use it for developing VR applications myself as well. Definitely an awesome buy.

I had to return it to Best Buy due to wear and tear, and Best Buy replaced it! Warranty is the best to purchase.

Now don't get me wrong the headset is great! Very comfortable, very easy to adjust, and really makes the VR experience very enjoyable. However, mine's broke within the first two weeks due to the defects in manufacturing. Since then, trying to find another one has just been so difficult so I'd say wait off on this before you purchase.
