The adjustment knob and overall feel of the elite strap makes it a favorable addition.

Very comfortable, very easy to adjust, and really makes the VR experience very enjoyable. However, mine's broke within the first two weeks due to the defects in manufacturing. Since then, trying to find another one has just been so difficult so I'd say wait off on this before you purchase.

Broke after less than 20 uses.

After approximately 20 uses one of the straps broke in half. It’s too bad, it felt comfortable and kept the unit firmly in place.

The weight really needs to be lowered, front heavy. Can only use for at most 30 mins before my face hurts. Causes, what we call, VR face.

I figured it was from kids using them, misusing them, or something. Nope. Mine snapped right on the side without it being mishandled, misused, no kids, etc. Bad design. Do not recommend.
