I bought this headset about a year ago and the strap and face cover broke. So glad I got the 2 year warranty because it covers it all. Very happy but also a little sad

The only complaint I have is thay the strap is uncomfortable and slides on my head. I replaced the strap with an aftermarket and it works great. Would recommend to all my friends!

Posted .Well just to let you know, we do have a Elite Strap with Battery that lets you have longer battery life. You'll have the opportunity to have more time in VR that way.
