I'll tell you what I love. I'm in my late 40's and a friend of mine got one for his kid who lives a thousand miles away. We're able to play Beatsaber one or two nights a week and talk like we're in the same state. Is the Meta part of it worth it? No. Totally not. Not for me. Are there a plethora of games for old guys. No. Certainly not. Can I imagine a day where lots of people where these strapped to their face. No. I can't.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up is extremely quick, just need to make a meta account and link your device (which is done automatically) and if you buy the bundle with beatsaber or RE4, RE4 Code comes in the box and beat saber is automatically added to your library after a few minutes (took me about 45 mins after set up). Definitely would recommend, do buy some rechargeable AA batteries. Each controller needs one and they seem to last a long time.

It has a good range of games for all ages of the family. We wanted to basically use it for workouts and it definitely gives you a good sweat with the right apps. I’m still waiting for a bigger variety of games but so far the ones we’ve purchased keep our attention.

The resolution is a nice update aswell. I had the quest 2 and the uprage is so worth it. If your unsure if going from a quest 2 to this 3 is not a bug upgrade. You will love the new mixed reality features and full on hand tracking features and options. S
