      Hey there! Thank you for contacting Meta Store Support with your recent report. We take health and safety seriously. For a better experience with your headset please try the following: 

      - Allow yourself to adjust both headset and the specific experience. While taking regular breaks based on the content you've selected to play. 
      - Start by using your headset for only a few minutes at a time and only increase the amount of time using the headset gradually as you grow accustomed to the experience.
      - Take a break at least every 30 minutes while you are becoming accustomed to your headset or new content
      - If you feel discomfort, don't start again until you are no longer feeling discomfort. 
      - Extended use without breaks, may increase the risk of injury, other effects or property damage. 

      You can also adjust your comfort assistance settings: 

      Found in the settings tab, under comfort you can adjust the dark vignette in your peripherals that appears while you're moving in build mode. You can turn it off, on, or change the visual style between a dark vignette or a grid.
