Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.mixed - liked the system - not easy for me to get set up because i had an old Occulus account - so had to create a new email to get a Meta account. and then the Resident Evil code did not exist. called best buy support - they thought they could get a new code but turns out i have to return to store and get a new one - now i have to delete all the stuff i just loaded in machine - don't know how to do that - so very disappointed.

If you already had an Oculus account, all you needed to do was merge it into a Meta account using the steps in this link: https://www.meta.com/help/accounts/set-up-meta-account/.
If you're having issues logging into your account, or if the code doesn't want to be redeemed, you can always contact our support team with this direct link: https://www.meta.com/help/.
They will be happy to provide a credit, if needed, to the account so that you can make the purchase for Resident Evil 4. This way, you won't have to delete any data on your headset. They can also give you steps on how to regain access to your old account. We hope this helps!

Totally expected this unit to last more than a year - and sad that the manufacturer will not repair when it's only 5 days past a year. There is nothing we can do about a "software issue".
