Mine had a drift in the controllers which I thought might go away once I got it set up. This did not happen so I took it back. The cashier just offered my money back and not to replace it. He convinced me I returned it.

Posted .Hey there Aidan! We see you're having trouble with redeeming your copy of Beat Saber. That promotion is running for new Meta Quest 2 purchases through the end of the year, and we're happy to help you get it!
The way the Beat Saber promotion works is a bit different than the Resident Evil 4 promotion. Instead of a code on a card in the box like Resident Evil 4, the Beat Saber promotion will be applied after activating your headset. Once you activate your new Quest 2 on your account for the first time, you should get an email that has a link to follow to redeem your copy of Beat Saber to your account. If you don't see it in your inbox, make sure you check your junk/spam folders too. Once you do that, you should be able to install it on your headset!
