The head strap is probably the worst part of the quest 3, it is very uncomfortable. Other than that it has been great, it is definitely a step up over the quest 2.

Visual clarity is excellent due to the new lens technology. If you wear prescription glasses, I'd advise you purchase prescription lenses (I used HONSVR) so you don't risk scratching the Q3 lenses. The controllers are very comfortable, but hand tracking definitely still needs work! If you're using the Quest 3 exclusively (without PCVR), 128GB may not be ample enough as even Asgard's Wrath takes up a decent amount of space.

It glitches quite a bit. This is my second one of this model. The first had battery issues, and this one is glitching. You will need a silicone cover; otherwise, it is very uncomfortable on your face. I haven't found anything to block the light by my nose yet, but I am sure there is something out there.

The passthrough is a new level. But the passthrough is just not that practical to wear it and use it's mixed reality feature daily.

Meta is pretty generous with all of the options for referrals, even to the point where if you get a referral code before set up you and the referrer get a $30 store credit. Setup was painless, requires some back and forth on your phone using the Meta app. First unit had some defective pixels on the left lens, Best Buy was accommodating and we exchanged out the first device for one that was flawless.
