    I have to honestly say that I was robbed by Best buy I'd want my son a quest 3 for Christmas the only thing I can afford to get him someone stole it they had me call the police so I will report call FedEx power report and then proceeded to not help me my 9-year-old had nothing to open up on Christmas morning all at the hands are Best buy when they couldn't help me out and they lied to me and said they were and they didn't and I did everything they asked me too I have the police reported either way Best buy cannot be trusted it is a week or so after Christmas and I still not get the machine or a refund back and again with the economy how it is I had to work and save up for it and I just had surgery I wasn't even allowed to go back to work but I did just to get my son this and someone stole it and they didn't give me the running around about it and didn't help me at all so I figured let me write a review so everybody can see how Best buy does and not to mention I have brought things for them in the past big TVs all that and it's never happened I am a total shock no win for Best buy
