Posted .Hello, Patrick! We'd like for you to be able to get the most out of the VR world, so we popped in to share some troubleshooting tips for those display issues on your headset! Firstly, we recommend trying a hard reboot. This can be accomplished by holding down the power button and volume down button (-) for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound. If you don't hear the boot-up sound, go ahead and enter the USB Update Mode and select "Boot Device." You can also make sure both your Meta Quest mobile app and headset are up to date with the latest software versions available for a smoother VR experience.

The battery life is basically on life support! I can't even charge it and play at the same time! I'm well sure it is a good headset for some people but for me I never liked the battery life, it's horrible for the way i use it, returned and switched back to my quest 2 that was actually good to me and I can use for way longer than the quest 3

For 200$ more though it is a terrible "value" but it is great if you don't mind the price, the stock strap is not very comfortable and the charging cord is very short, overall great product but ruined by price and lack of elite strap that should come standard for 500$ you are spending

Don't buy this strictly for the improved passthrough.

The passthrough was fuzzy and i could barely read my computer or phone. Also the games did not look like the trailers, they were very blurry and with little detail. I guess i have to wait a few more years before buying a vr heaset.
