The pass through cameras aren't as good as I expected. They are distorted and don't work well for mixed reality. The PC app will not download the games anymore. I have tried to fix it to no avail. They seem to have abandoned PC and focused on their in headset app. A company that just decides you aren't important enough to support anymore isn't one I am going to deal with.

But Best Buy Customer Service has ignored me and I'm guessing I'm out 500 dollars. Been a customer for over 20 years. I know it's not their fault but I wish Fed Ex would of at least knocked on my door instead of sending me a text 3 hours later that it was deliverd 3 hours ago!

I bought these from best buy and when I went to download the app it would download but would not install on my PC. I tried several times without any luck. When I went to try to contact support there is no way to contact. They only have community forums and chat boxes which are no help and the chat I had said they would have to turn in the problem to their techs and I would be contacted which has not happened. I contacted Best buy geek squad and they could only give me a number to call and it was not even a working phone number. This is not Best buys fault but the Meta company is no help to their customers.
