    Worst claim service I have ever experienced.

    I had this item shipped to me. fedex lost the package and told me to set up a claim with best buy. I set up the claim and they said it would be 72 hours. I purchased this nov 29 it is now dec 7 and when I contacted them today for an update now they are telling me it could be up to “168 hours” before it is resolved. I will never have them ship me anything ever again. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with bestbuy.

    It was good at first, but then it glitched like crazy. In addition, they completely exaggerated the passthrough. It is still grainy and wavey. Meta even emailed me so I could get another. I would just recommend getting a Quest 2.

    Great VR headset, but still mediocre experience. I’m not sold on VR and still just makes me nauseous in games.

      We also know that, especially for new users, the sickly feeling you can get can be very off putting and takes away from the experience, so we'd like to give you some tips to mitigate these side effects:

      1. Take appropriate breaks and set time limits for use
      2. Start off with more tame games/apps (limited body movement)
      3. Try using games/apps that allow you to sit down for the first while of usage
      4. Ensure you keep yourself hydrated

    Not sure what to think. The sensors on the remotes aren’t great. I prefer the previous version. Already sold this one since I couldn’t return it.

    It is a neat concept and idea ,but the wife and I always seemed to get sick to our stomachs while in open worlds.So it wasn’t for us but may be neat if you didn’t get sick

    I bought this headset when it first came out. It was great initially but it malfunctioned not long after I bought. Meta sent a replacement and that worked until that one malfunctioned. Meta sent me anoher replacement but that one lasted TWO days before malfunctioning. Now I’m getting the run around and it’s impossible for me to get a refund. Don’t know if I am super unlucky or it’s a terrible product.

    It's alright but it not what I expected the pass through quality was over-hyped by the media. But the image quality is fantastic I enjoy watching movie's in 3d on the big screen app

    Stopped charging and these headsets cannot be fixed. Metas solution? Buy a refurbished one from them for $379 plus send them the broken unit so they can fix it to resell to someone else.

    For 500 i assumed it would fit eaisly and nicely. It hurts my face just to put on. After some time with it on. My face is red and in pain. The only way to make sure it doesnt move around when your swining your head back and forth is to makw sure its really tight. There is no comfortable way to wear the device.

    Don't really use it... the tech is still just not very impressive and while, sure, wearing goggles on my face feels more immersive than playing a game on a TV from the couch, the experience always feels so compromised. I've had an oculus rift, original quest and now the quest 3 and I'm not seeing a whole lot change or reason to keep this thing around.

    Don’t waste your money on this. You’ll be better off with the Apple Vision Pro. With that, At least you can sign in more easily.

    We returned this cause my 10 year old voy kept getting kicked out of games, or the game would start to freeze and this happen to one device, we exchange it thinking it was an error on the device, the second one we got was doing the exact same thing so we end up just returning it for good and bought the PS5 instead

    We’ve been locked out of Meta Quest for two weeks. Terrible customer service. Cannot contact anyone at Meta that can unlock our account. They keep sending us in ungodly circles of useless help articles. It’s a $500 paper weight. Do your research, many people are having these issues with locked kids accounts.

    Oculus 3 is great the quality of the controller not so good normal play with make u sweat and eventually break the controller purchased the geek squad protection and still had to come out of pocket to get a replacement. Pretty dumb actually.

    My maga quest never came. I'm still trying to get my refund. I made calls, I went to the store. They see it was never delivered and still haven't received a refund payment. I will be more careful with dealing with best buy in the future.
