Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cannot pair with meta quest app on my phone or iPad, and if you can’t do that you can’t do anything with this headset . I’ve been in a chat with meta support for 3 hours trying to get past the pairing screen and the end result is they can’t do anything but maybe they’ll email me a solution “eventually.” Why can’t I just log into the headset by itself, but no you have to pair it to an app before anything. I’m going back in the morning to exchange this in case it’s the device, but won’t update my review until it actually works.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still not ready for plug in play, a pain in the xxx to constantly try different methods to get it to connect, steam never finds it, everything ia updated, high spec pc up to date intel, turn off firewall, same wifi and to be honest when ot does work the gra0hics for moat games which are limited are pretty lame, its fun for about 5 mins then why bother go through it all.

Customer service sucks too, there is no physical person to talk to, just email. Would not recommend to purchase.
