I absolutely love using the Quest Three — jumping into VR feels so real and exciting, and the visuals are just breathtaking. The comfort and smooth tracking make it easy to lose myself in games without worrying about cables or clunky gear. Every session feels like a whole new world, and it’s amazing how immersive VR can be with it.

Better than quest 2 and I can stay in it much longer without getting nauseous. I will be getting Apple vision pro but until then, this will have to do just to experience MR much faster. I am more interested in using this for productivity and work and so far it has not disappointed. Feels very nice to work with 3 massive screens from my couch and I can still see where my dog is. Incredible. It needs good lighting and I can read things in MR decently enough but I imagine AVP is going to blow this away.

This headset was my introduction to VR. I had tried a Valve Index and PSVR1 before but as for owning my own, the Quest 3 was the one on my radar. Overall its good, takes some getting used to for someone new like me. I feel with time it will grow on me, but as for now, some of the things I noticed that make a subpar: It hurts your face after a bit, one would think it wouldn't with the soft, fabric lining but surprisingly, your face will begin to ache not long after donning it. Hopefully third party elite straps will change that. Bugs: There have been quite a few bugs with the software initially. Nothing game breaking, but things that need to be cleaned up. Finally, the storage. Its a shame there was no 256GB option. They want you to shell out an extra $150 for 4 times the amount of storage you would get for the $500 version. You can make 128GB work... if you're a casual gamer, or have a PC with VR capabilities. 128GB just won't be enough with the size of VR games of the upcoming future.

The meta quest 3 is great minus one star for the comfort and another for battery life. It has stunning graphics that could have been better with oled screens vs the led ones it shipped with. Battery consumption is good if you disable passthrough and lower the brightness. I use a battery bank every time i play so in my opinion meta should have gone back ith Apple's approach and lowered the weight and went with the detached battery instead. Over all better than anything else for stand alone vr and inthis price range the best for pcvr. Also, side note, it replaces my computer monitor for flat screen gaming.

Great device that addresses almost all of my complaints from the previous generation in effective and/or meaningful ways. Better screens, better sound, easier to use, much better performance, and noticeably better controllers but not great still. Tracking is better and faster, but still very possible to get tracking issues if you move the controllers out of the view of the headset cameras. Otherwise very much worth the price of admission from the quest 2.

I am having an absolute blast with this thing! I got it about a month ago and have been in love with it since. The inside out tracking is pretty good, especially for a standalone headset. THE RESOLUTION AND QUALITY OF THE SCREEN IS AMAZING!! I’d have to say my biggest complaint has to be the battery life, but If you’re someone like me who only plays video games in small 1-2 hour sessions, you should be fine! Highly recommend for PC gaming as well!

I was on the fence at first, but then decided to upgrade from the Quest 2. I am very glad I did. Having the passthrough is a game changer. It allows you to be able to do other things with the headset on (for example, I moved laundry from the washer to the dryer with it one while i was setting it up). The mixed reality is excellent for the games that use it. I also love that some games and apps, you can just use your hands, and no controllers. I would definitely recommend this !

The VR headset I've been waiting for, the quest 2 isnt comparable. All the quest accessories are not worth half thier price. The strap it comes with is terrible so count on buying third party headstrap with a battery if you want more than an hour playtime. I suggest the Kiwi brand, expensive but so far only reviewed unit to properly supply power and provide accurate batter lvl display. Bought two and the total tech plan, which i also highly suggest!

I've most recently used the Rift S, but what I was ultimately looking forward to with the Quest 3 was the wireless freedom. From being able to move around the living room playing action games to the serene exploratory environments, the Quest 3 has what I was looking for. The wireless feature has allowed me to dive into my gaming sessions without the hassle of tangled cords, providing a truly liberating VR experience.

I originally had the Rift S, and my spouse has the Quest 2. Both of them cannot compare to how well the Quest 3 works and the quality of the visuals. I notice little imperfections on screens really easy and I never had a easy time playing VR, but I get lost for hours on this thing. 10/10 would recommend the upgrade from both old machines and the last model.
