Quest 3 is a big improvement from the las iteration. The only downside is that the battery only last a couple of hours.

This headset is a beautiful piece of tech! The pancake lenses allows me to see things more clearly than quest 2 ever has! The color pass through is absolutely incredible! I’m still scratching my head trying to figure out why they didn’t implement this in the quest 1 and 2. Sadly, all of this comes down to $500 and some change. If they made it a bit cheaper, more people would be able to get into VR! Still, this is too good a headset for first-timers to pass up!

Putting on the Meta Quest 3 headset, I was unprepared for how captivating and transformative the experience would be. It really transports you to amazing places, and games will only keep getting more immersive. Think of this as a gaming console that you wear. You don't need a huge empty room; you define the space that you want to play in, and the headset keeps you within boundaries. Words don't do it justice. Try the experience for yourself.

Is cheaper compared to other visors. The screen resolution is 8.5/10 (not bad), but if you like high definition, you probably need to look at other options. You can't use your phone when you have the Quest 3; because the cameras have a poor resolution (You can do small things, like see where you walk, but not do your day to day or long periods). The graphics are good (Nintendo Wii vibes), but could be improved. If you want a better experience, you probably need to buy the "strap with battery" and face cover. Users wo want enter the virtual reality, this is an excellent product at a fair price.

The good reviews you’ve seen on YouTube are true. The visual clarity of the new lenses and display screen are worth the upgrade alone. Add in the AR pass through and it’s even better. It’s a shame they didn’t make the Quest 2 external battery pack compatible but I can understand it with the larger side pieces that hold the improved speakers. The syncing with my Quest 2 was flawless so I was able to pick right up with where I left off in Star Wars: Tales From the Galaxy’s Edge.

Much lighter than the Quest 2 and there are a good number of changes that makes this new VR amazingly good to have.

Wow, I am absolutely blown away by the Oculus Quest 3! The colors are so vibrant and the image quality is a significant step up from the Quest 2. The visuals are incredibly crisp and clear, making the virtual world feel even more immersive. I can't get over how much better everything looks - it's like experiencing VR for the first time all over again. If you're craving an upgrade with fantastic colors and improved image quality, look no further than the Oculus Quest 3.

Simply the best price point item in VR/MR at this time. The new lenses are so much clearer and avoid the frustrating "sweet spot" experience of past lenses, in which the viewer had to be at exactly the right angle to get the best result. The MR functions are new for now and are interesting if not complete, but I suspect that over time, they will become something amazing. If you're new to VR, this is a great entry point. If you have a Quest 2, this is a worthy upgrade.

I bought this for my husband as a gift and ever since then it has brought him and my oldest boy such great joy. They are always happy and laughing.

Your mileage may vary! Though for me, the lenses on this device is much better than the previous generation. The quality of the screens is also a great upgrade along with the processor. I will say that a lot of the passthrough videos on the internet are a little misleading because regardless of the amount of lighting in my environment, it was still very grainy. Regardless, passthrough is still a great improvement from the Quest 2! Can’t wait to see how this runs on PCVR!

Very satisfied, very comfortable to play and interesting

I got this as an upgrade to my Quest 3 that I have been using. It plays all my games I bought for the Quest 2 and I love the passthrough cameras for Augment Reality and Mixed Reality. There isnt a lot of battery in the base quest and the headstrap inst very comfortable so I recommend buying a replacement headstrap and a battery bank so you can play for longer. If you get a battery bank make sure it will fast charge devices so that you will be able to charge while you play.

Bought this for our son for Christmas and he loves them. He had some issues and I think he resolved but not sure. So far working great. I used and they are comfortable and very nice.

This is the best one yet! I am so happy I bought this. I normally don’t like VR because it gives me motion sickness but this one was phenomenal and helped not feel that way. Plus the graphics?! Holy cow!

My husband is a man of a certain age lol. He has seen our young adult using the meta and having a great time so of course he wanted one. I doubted that he would enjoy it,but let me tell you he thinks this is the best thing. My husband works construction and he takes it to work so him and his co workers enjoy it a lunch. Boy was I wrong.

The Meta Quest 3 is awesome. The visuals are sharp, performance is smooth, and it feels really immersive right out of the box. Setup was easy, tracking is accurate, and the games and experiences are a lot of fun. It’s a great upgrade and totally worth it.

I don't care what you going to say about VR. VR is extremely entertaining. It does help you learn new things and it does help you exercise when you're too lazy to leave your house, especially with some of the games that they have not. Just beat saber. But this is an amazing buy

Microsoft had they hand at this vision before Meta came through and dominated this market. The Meta Quest 3 is the best of VR and AR and at a very affordable price. I remembered the days where VR with external sensors costed close to $1000, and for a starting price of $500 for superior hardware than its predecessor is a steal. The lenses provide amazing clarity, and games are as immersive as it gets. This should be your number 1 gift for the holiday season.
