Easy set up and doesnt make you feel dizzy after a long term use of the headset compared to the quest 1 or 2. Definitely a good upgrade especially with the mixed reality.

The Quest 3 has a amazing passthrough mode that allows you to play games and see your room. Runs quicker and loads apps and games faster then Quest 2. Very happy with my purchase!

But the Quest 3 is actually decent with the mixed reality with so many apps and games and cool things to do and learn

With 2 RGB cameras with 18 PPD for 4.5 times better Pass-through resolution, in full color, compared to Quest 2. Delivers high-fidelity views of your surroundings while you see virtual objects appear in your physical space. Accurate depth projection and room mapping gives you freedom to move throughout your space and interact with virtual characters or objects in the room around you.

The stock head strap is absolutely trash. Battery life is not that great, I get usually an hour 20 to an hour 40. Do not buy the elite strap with battery until meta fixes the issues. Their customer service for me at least has been exceptional

He has had the oculus 2 for about 2 years now. He wanted to news one. Loves it very much said the graphics are incredible. Would definitely recommend

Only issue is headstrap provided with the Quest 3 is not comfortable. I switched headstrap with 3rd party, now it's really nice and comfortable on face without any pressure.
