I only got this because my quest 2 stopped working after two years . This quest 3 is a piece of junk . The tracking is worse , the controllers are built to where fast movements can disconnect the battery for a second . Overall it would be good for light stuff , but these make it almost unusable for working out . The quest 2 was a machine for workouts .

If you're familiar with VR you'll see it and your experience is the cardboard phone holder, you'll be blown away. The batteries last a good while, field of view is great, and the wireless capabilities make connecting to a PC easy and quick. The biggest issue is the Meta/Facebook integration. As someone who loathes Facebook/Meta it's a pain knowing it's owned by them and is associated with it.
