So far, this product has been better than expected and we couldn't be happier with the result. While it is an expensive device, the real value is in the happiness it brings our son.

May want to provide a tutorial for beginners. There may be one and as a beginner, just did not see it. But I love it, no wires to be hooked up to, can take it anywhere.

Best Buy made it so easy to Return with the warranty. I will continue to shop here for that reason alone. He had the replacement in 3 days. Alazing!

It brings lots of entertainment to our home and we are a lot more active. There are games for everyone on there, and they're so realistic. So much fun. I'm so happy I got one for our family this year!

First Class Service in the Store

The young man who assisted me was very kind and made an effort to give me the best attention, doing his best to speak to me in Spanish when his first language is English.

The see through effect is amazingly functional and the opportunity for augmented reality use is basically limitless. Got the for work, they may never see the office.

The one thing I did like a lot was the enhance camera view of once surroundings. The resolution however, is not yet 100% neat as in a normal monitor for things like watching a movie so that was a bit of a downside as that would make it lot lot better the experience overall it’s a good product And a good step forward.

Fail on multiple levels - keep your quest 2

The other problem is that the unit burns the eyes, leaving your eyes in a lot of pain. We use the Meta Quest 2 and do not have any of these issues. Lastly, there is not a lot of difference from the Meta Quest 2 to the Meta Quest 3 regarding graphics and interface. If you have the Meta Quest 2, I would not recommend purchasing the Meta Quest 3 especially until they correct the known problems. The other gimmicky problem is the head strap. The give a cheap head strap and make you buy the after market head strap that actually fits in your head. I just think they failed altogether with this unit and I am returning the quest 3 and I will continue to use the quest 2.

We have a quest 2 but wanted the 3.

I only worry they will be easier to break. Asgards wrath came free and it's a great game. I definitely recommemd getting an oculus quest 3. It was so easy to cast too.
