I have had several Oculus headsets. This one is better as expected. The pass through cameras aren't as good as I expected. They are distorted and don't work well for mixed reality. The PC app will not download the games anymore. I have tried to fix it to no avail. They seem to have abandoned PC and focused on their in headset app. A company that just decides you aren't important enough to support anymore isn't one I am going to deal with.

It’s certainly an upgrade over the Oculus 2. However, not worth anywhere near $500. Will be returning this.

The product is great after buying it again after it was stolen. But Best Buy Customer Service has ignored me and I'm guessing I'm out 500 dollars. Been a customer for over 20 years. I know it's not their fault but I wish Fed Ex would of at least knocked on my door instead of sending me a text 3 hours later that it was deliverd 3 hours ago!

This device is the 2nd one purchased for my daughter as a Christmas present it was exactly 13 months later and the paddles broke and neither the headset nor the device work anymore, and we paid $600! Went through Meta for a replacement, and all they offered was for us to purchase a refurbished device at a "discounted" price. My daughter takes care of her headset and her paddles we purchased their straps and everything to help so they wouldn't accidentally get thrown and broken while playing, and they still just stopped working just like the first device. Extremely disappointed.

It’s ok. Since many games are not optimized for quest 3 the initial difference is not very noticeable.

Be aware that this company (Meta) is the worst I have ever seen when it comes to support. I bought these from best buy and when I went to download the app it would download but would not install on my PC. I tried several times without any luck. When I went to try to contact support there is no way to contact. They only have community forums and chat boxes which are no help and the chat I had said they would have to turn in the problem to their techs and I would be contacted which has not happened. I contacted Best buy geek squad and they could only give me a number to call and it was not even a working phone number. This is not Best buys fault but the Meta company is no help to their customers.

Left lens screen was distorted and pixely on my first unit. After returning for a replacement, the problem hasn't happened again.

It’s good but some clarity missing and when u ware more than 1hr headache issues

It's cool. Meta needs to put out some software update to add some QOL stuff that they are missing. Vr makes me motion sick though.

The ar is not advanced enough to warrant the price difference between this and the quest two. Stick with the quest 2.

Graphics are not crisp and game library is fairly limited. Steam link is barely playable.

An amazing device hampered by the fact that the charger port burnt out on my device within the first month. Lol.

Couldn’t handle it. Too much motion sickness for me.

Ended up returning it because it always felt wrong looking through it although I can't put my finger on what.

Awesome device. Probably suited for those who can tolerate the headset for a max of 2 hours. Not for me though.

you need to buy the head band, the default is not good at all.

kid wants it. it's pricey. i'm sure he'll have fun while he goes blind.

It's not design for people with low vision and the software seems like it's out of date
