Great updated tech from oculus but it crashes a lot and freezes

at $499 i expected better performance and better graphics compared to the quest 2

I do not recommend this produce for a daily basis usage and those who have motion sickness. It is just worthless for a day to day use purposes. It might be good for gamers

Complete trash. There's a reason why apple vision pro is X7 the price of this. Vision Pro works the way it is supposed to. Meta Quest is a $500 paperweight.

the head set was not an easy set up. it would not work on my house Wi-Fi it had to be set up on a phone hot spot. I still have not gotten a Straight answer from the company as to why. It is way to expensive for the average comsumer.

This product is not user friendly. Account supervision for children is all but informative, children cant even use the voice to text feature. I had to do a factory reset 3 times. Their help page leads to a Facebook account help page… THATS JUST LAZY. Makes you delete account and then you would have to wait 30 days for it to delete. After spending 20 min choosing a good gamer tag now we can’t even use it. Games get stuck on developer mode permission, the 2fa structure of sending codes to log into an account is a front, When adding multiple users (parent,child) the features dont work or glitch because of permissions. How am i suppose to ask my child to screen share if his app doesnt find the headset. The entire infrastructure is not well developed and im just an average consumer.

My battery doesn’t last very long. I also would like to know why the controller doesn’t have a good battery last time as well. I need to know were to find the first steps information. I am not really happy about this product

I’m was so happy to try this product and when I finally got it I realized it was overly hyped up. The product was good quality just not enough things I could do as I thought there was so many uses for it, I have been trying to return this product via customer support and have not been able to and now have passed the time I’m able to return it I am a very busy active duty military so I did not have time to do this return in person

I went to go pick my item up it wasn’t ready and I had to work so I had to come afterwards I was walking up to the door and the associate shut the door I explained to him I was picking up really quick and that I wasn’t aware of the hours and that I had a full schedule the next day and wouldn’t be able to pick up another day he still literally wasn’t trying to let me in I’m a business owner and I’m very busy I’d love to use Best Buy for business things I need but after how I was treated I would never return I feel so disrespected

Too complicated for menuse with MS Flightsimulator.

I ordered the Quest 3 for my daughters birthday gift. She played with it for 2 hours then got a black screen. Charged it, turned it on and a black screen. Trouble shooted using Youtube and Meta support and still. I exchanged it 2 days later. Second one same thing! I hear it but no display. I mess with the display focus wheel which is an add on frim the Quest 2 and display flickers on and off. I spend 15 minutes waiting for display to come on. Had to contact Meta support to send it back for another replacement. Hope that one works! When it is on its wonderful... I love it!
