Pretty dumb actually.

I made calls, I went to the store. They see it was never delivered and still haven't received a refund payment. I will be more careful with dealing with best buy in the future.

Terrible customer service. Cannot contact anyone at Meta that can unlock our account. They keep sending us in ungodly circles of useless help articles. It’s a $500 paper weight. Do your research, many people are having these issues with locked kids accounts.

When connected to a pc via link cable using the quest application on the pc the highest option is 90hz. How can my quest 2 out perform my quest 3 when connected to a pc? There is no option for 120hz like there was with the pro and the 2. DONT BUY.

It does’t worth it. There are more good options like Pimax

Had to go through a long a lengthy process before I could get it resolve and all my money refunded. Turns out a red flag was raised when the first one failed and only got worse after every other attempt there was to pay. I wish it would have told me.

I only played it maybe once a week. Best Buy said to take it up with Meta Quest who I can not get a person on the line.

Screen goes black in the middle of playing and the device is fully charged. This has happened multiple times. Do not recommend.
