The Meta Quest 3 has to be one of the most fun, innovative and amazing technological products I have used. As a kid, my first gaming system was an original Nintendo. To be able to experience the technological growth in this field is truly a blessing. The Meta Quest 3 is super high quality and very easy to set up. The Meta Quest app guides you through everything setup related and it works very well. Games with the Quest 3 are stunning. You get higher resolution and snappier response thanks to the upgraded gpu. The entire VR experience is so cool. From Beat Saber to Minecraft the whole VR world is amazing. It’s something you have to experience to appreciate. No one does it better than Meta, hands down. A couple mind blowing features I’d like to talk about are Mixed Realty and Direct Touch. Mixed reality, coupled with full color pass through, give you an alternate reality experience. It takes your current surroundings and incorporates it into the game experience. I had furry things breaking through my office walls! Crazy thing is you can look through the holes in your wall and see into THEIR world. Totally mind blowing. Direct touch is another equally mind blowing feature and it really is crazy. Tap the two controllers together, put them down, and you’re in direct touch mode. You actually grab a menu and move it around with your finger tips, scroll content and navigate menus. Can’t tell you how cool this is. There are tons more to the Quest 3 and I strongly recommend you try it for yourself if you can. If you’re looking for the best VR experience just buy the Quest 3. Will make the best Xmas gift and you won’t be disappointed!

Not enough good games, when i do excersice the gkass turn gray for the warm

I've never had a virtual reality headset before, so you can imagine my excitement with this being my first! I was a little disappointed with how long it took me to get this set up, but it really wasn't that bad. I believe the fact that I was anxious to start playing games on here, is the reason I couldn't get it right at the very beginning. After finally getting everything setup, download the app, and attaching the Meta headset strap, I was ready to get started! Then I ran into another problem, I need to charge the headset. It takes quite some time to charge the headset, so I hope they fix that in the future. So, I tried putting on the headset and adjusting it to where it was more comfortable for my face. After trying for quite some time, I could never really get it comfortable the way I wanted it, but once I got into the reality, I was super amazed and how it looked! Walking around my bedroom so the headset could record the layout was super cool! With the games did you get to play and the other apps included with the system (which are very small amount at the beginning I guess) this will provide a few hours of fun before you have to recharge the battery. I'm going to see if I can figure out a way to pair it with my PlayStation 5 to see if I can play any games I already owned in virtual reality! I would love to play Resident Evil 4 on this! I also really like to work out app! I always say I'm going to work out, what I've never really get outside to do that. If you try this, it will get you started and motivated to want to do it more! I truly believe this is a must have and cost-effective.

I was always interested in VR, but never could fully get into it. I had a couple Quest 2's over the years, but ended up selling them as I found myself not using them as much as I thought I would. So far, I have used this new Quest 3 more than my previous headsets combined. The pancake lenses offer much clearer graphics, and things don't get blurry as you look left and right. Battery life has been respectable at around 2-2.5 hours. I primarily play PCVR through Virtual Desktop and it's been a great experience streaming games like Beat Saber and Half Life: Alyx to my headset wirelessly. As a standalone headset, Beat Saber and other Oculus games run noticeably faster and with crisper graphics than the previous Quest 2. The field of view is also a lot higher than the Quest 2, which offers even greater immersion while in game. Another upgrade that I have appreciated so far is the upgraded speakers, which seem to be louder and clearer than the speakers on earlier models. Overall I would highly recommend this headset for anyone looking to get into VR that appreciates clean graphics and additional speed from the new processor.
