Good resolution OK battery life not good comfortability but the UI and all the games in that are good

Very good graphics, very immersive. Favorite feature is both games and viewing panoramic photos.

I have owned the first second and now third quest and this new meta quest 3 is honestly what ive been waiting for Between the graphics and mixed reality my family and i are having a blast. Asgard's wrath 2 is amazing

If you are looking for a vr headset this is the one to get, good for pc vr, and I believe the best standalone set out there and AR/MR is actually useful. If you’re upgrading it will depend on you. It’s definitely better but there is no definitive experience/game yet. So do you want to spend the money for mixed reality, better lenses and upgraded graphics.

Excellent upgrade over the quest 2. The pancake lenses and improved tracking/pass through are very noticeable and make for a much better experience. It’s still brand new so better features are still on the way (meta tends to be good with software updates). Works great for standalone but is also a great low cost alternative to things like the index for PCVR. I mostly use airlink PCVR and the only issue is the software doesn’t support 120hz yet but as the headset supports it it’s a matter of time. Clarity is good given the limitation of LCDs but the new screens are much brighter and better. For the most part it’s also a much better headset than the quest pro especially at half the price. Also recommend getting a better strap on Amazon that’s cheaper and better than the official ones.

Bought this For my son. As his Meta quest 2 finally kicked tge bucket. It is more than we expected. The visuals and speed were a great upgrade. Very satisfied.

This headset is miles more comfortable than the quest 2, so much easier on the eyes and way lighter so it doesn’t feel like you’re being weighed down

The quest 3 is powerful, easier to figure out, more pleasant to use for long stretches, and just flat-out better than quest 2. My son has so much fun using the quest 3.

Very light weight composites to the quest 2. The tracking is on point. The transition from home to see through is smooth and clear. 100% suggest this as a start or upgrade to the VR world.

It's an amazing piece of technology! If anything it might be dangerously addictive. Battery life is terrible, but there's a bunch of aftermarket battery options, I recommend the ones you wear around your neck or a battery bank in your pocket. There are quite a few aftermarket head straps with batteries but once the battery inside degrades...I tried an AMVR headstrap with internal battery and it was piece of junk so beware. Ended up with a battery-free boboVR M3 mini which is a very well made comfortable headstrap that cost less than $20. Hand straps for the controllers are also a pretty valuable thing to have.

One of the best VR packages on the market right now. It has great resolution and clarity with the new pancake lenses. You get access to the meta ecosystem with quest exclusives like Asgard's Wrath II and Assassins Creed Nexus. The battery life is lacking and the headstrap that comes with the headset makes play sessions longer than 30 minutes painful.

A nice upgrade from the quest 2, feels better in almost every way. Surprise by how much the color passthrough has made a difference. The new lenses are nice things seem clearer. Hate that I need to repurchase all my perifials.

I had the original Oculus. This is a HUGE improvement. No wires are required. I have a WiFi 6e router and it works perfectly with Air LInk or Virtual Desktop. No stuttering or frame lag at all. The onboard graphics are significantly better and the see-through cameras allow for basic functions like answering a phone or typing a code into the computer. Overall, I am delighted with the upgrade. Only knock, I don't store that much data on the Quest itself so I don't need the extra onboard storage but I might have bought an upgraded OLED screen. The blacks in darker games are noticeably bright.

passthrough quality is substantially better, and it seems to do better with tracking in lower light. improved pixel density and overall comfort makes longer gaming sessions a lit more comfortable

A huge improvement over the Quest 2. Lighter weight, better graphics and full color cameras make AR fantastic. It lose a star because they know the strap isn't the best and already make a better one but choose to force people to pay extra for a better strap. I don't think anyone keeps the stock strap so its just an intentional waste on their part.

I bought this for a friend and he absolutely loves it. The graphics are so crisp and so clear that I can play with it without even having to use my glasses. It's very comfortable and the battery lasts a while.

Incredible headset for the price point, graphics are insane for a standalone, the passthrough has only gotten better with updates, the quality is amazing, I can easily read texts on my phone with the new v64 firmware. My previous headset, bricked out of nowhere, was due to the supplied charger base so be careful with the kne meta sends you. 100% GET GEEK SQUAD ACCIDENTAL PROTECTION. Dont be a fool like me and eat over half a G for something stupid you didnt even do to break it. Also get good lense protection from like HonsVr. These pancake lenses no joke scratch just from your eye lashes over time.

I own a PSVR, PSVR2, Quest 2, and now Quest 3. In my opinion I was most blown away by the Quest 3. Sure, PSVR2 may be more comfortable to wear, but just get the elite strap and toss the cloth one that comes with Quest 3 because it’s only serviceable at best really. But the quest 3 is comfortable and almost feels lighter than the quest 2 but it actually is heavier. The weight distribution is much better! The color AR pass through is truly a game changer. The included game is fun and provides many wow moments. Plus the quest 3 is also wireless, and can run some heavy hitter games natively. I say it’s the best user friendly headset and once assassins creed comes out and Asgards Wraith 2 it will have some truly fantastic exclusive titles. I just hope they add more!
