From quest 2 to this, is like putting on a headset, compared to putting on goggles. Night and day difference. The clarity is on point, the games are on point, and the support is on point!! And it being a wireless headset makes this an obvious purchase.

Don't let what I say about this stop you from getting the quest 3 because I dont have regrets buying this just don't expect any real AR like Microsoft Hololens. The quest 3 is very well built and so much faster compared to my quest 2. I hope you guys get a chance to try it for Christmas or Black friday.

If you're downloading large game and it drops connection, you have to start all over. Not a problem if you have lightning fast Internet, but if you don't, buckle up! The headset leaves a nice ring on your forehead and it gets hot, but there seems to be a lot of games and mods available. I was pushing PS VR2, but my kid was dead set on this, thanks social media. Wait for it to drop price.

Posted .Hi there! Making sure you're able to enjoy your VR experience to the fullest is definitely a priority for us, and we'd love to help out with those issues you mentioned! If your headset is having frequent Wi-Fi disconnections, we highly recommend moving closer to the router, trying a different network to be sure, and performing a hard reboot of the headset. Here's the steps to do so:
1. Turn off your headset.
2. Firmly hold the power and volume down (-) buttons on your headset simultaneously for about a minute, or until the boot screen loads on your headset.
3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight 'Boot device' and press the power button.
If you're still running into interruptions or anything else that might be hindering your gaming experience, we'd love to take a look into that for you. Feel free to reach out to our wonderful support team on the official Meta website, and we'll help get to the bottom of this!
Quest 3 Amazing headset.

Not as much space as the 512 model but it has not been a issue. Quest 3 has great controller and handtracking. The lenses are amazing compared to the Quest 2.

I exceeded my expectation in term of user experience. Tracking is good, Image is clear and games feel responsive. I am coming form Samsung Odyssey WMR headset and i think this one is slightly better. I am able to link my Steam games as well and play them wirelessly. I bought a 3rd party strap with extended battery. I didn't like the strap it came with Over all great value for the money

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the previous Quest and I must say this is definitely an upgrade, the AR definitely adds a cool touch but it is very lacking if you have a small house/room and most of the good apps are VR. The strap can also be kinda uncomfortable over long periods of time. Also the battery life feels a little shorter than the previous model but that might be just me.

Best VR Goggles so far for me

Resolution is now really impressive, I just keep looking at things in the VR world and marveling at them! Does not fog up so easily as the Oculus, and NO TETHER! I'm using it every day. There is some eye strain after an hour or so, but not too bad.

I find my self using the quest 3 all the time. In my opinion it's the best VR headset out there for the money. No way i'm spending $3500. on an Apple Pro when i can get this Quest 3 for $500.00. Great Headset!

The software still hasn’t caught up but the hardware is no longer a gimmick- MR has crazy potential. Pleased I bought it at Best Buy, they made it simple. Only downside really is price and storags (64gb model). I’d really have liked a 128gb launch variant.

Quest 3: As a PCVR user

Right now battery life is the only area somewhat lacking, but I hope they can improve with updates. It actually sometimes drains even while plugged in to the charger while using it for PCVR. Tracking excellent as always. Elite Strap is a necessity.

If you have a decent computer you can wire up too and use the power of your computer. For the price its hard to beat the performance of the quest 3. I wish it had eye tracking like the PSVR2 but im guessing that would of raised the price of the headset.

Ive been told that the mic was worse than the quest 2 by alot of people but it is actually the same as the quest 2. Other than that I really do love this purchase :>

You couldn’t tell me I didn’t have on the Vision Pro’s. I was able to do all that and then some in the privacy of my own brain. Wish I had enough money to buy all my friends one. Excellent Purchase!
