I used to have a quest 2 played with it for a few months but it still needed work. I just bought the quest 3 and its better in terms of passthrough cameras played a few games with mixed reality its more fun. Its improved but ita missing a few things like oled screen for the price should have come with it instead of lcd screens. Battery life not so great software still needs some work its gets glitchy sometimes. Overall i think from price point its not worth $500 maybe $300 price range is good.

I also have the quest 2. Microphone on headset was not working so i gave quest 3 a shot. Microphone works really well, and the graphics are much better. The passthrough is amazing. I do recommend the 3 over the 2 if anybody is trying to decide, by the way.

The kids and adults both enjoy the meta 3 vr headset the only problem so far is afording all the new games a person wants for the system its easy to work even for an old guy how not very good with electronics but i think anyone who has trouble with motion sickness may struggle until they get a handle on it

Well worth the cost. Despite the huge price difference between this and the Apple device, the actual difference in devices is tiny. On top of that the Meta Quest 3 is designed for gaming, whereas the Apple device is not, and this can essentially do everything else the apple device can do.

Best vr headset I’ve used. Even without extra accessories it’s a ton of fun, but there’s a lots of great accessories that improve the experience. I suggest the elite battery head strap for even longer, more comfortable play sessions.

Asgard's Wrath 2 throws you headfirst into Norse mythology, wielding godlike powers and exploring a sprawling world on the Meta Quest 3. While it doesn't quite reach the heights of an AAA VR masterpiece, it offers a compelling adventure with impressive scale and technical achievements.

We love it! Great for exercising if you want to skip the gym for a more fun workout. We definitely love the immersive movie experience as well. Will definitely buy another one.

I use this mainly for productivity to extend my desktop, I enjoy it a lot. Best entry into vr and will be more future proof than the quest 2. Pass through is ok, but for the price it’s good. Battery life could be better but that’s all VR at this point.

We tested this out in store with a rep. I was blown away by the pass through image on the 3 vs the 2. The mixed reality games are really fun. My wife had to have it, and not wanting to be left out, i bought another. We are not disappointed. The Demeo game on the 3 is a must have for D&D lovers like us.

Amazing product! I have a 4080 Nvidia PC thanks to Best Buy and it works amazing for PCVR as well as standalone. For anyone that’s thinking about it, become a Best Buy Member that way if you don’t want to keep it you can return it. But trust me, you won’t want to return it after you’ve used it!

It is a really good product I have enjoyed using it. But if I am the only one using it, not much use is going to come from it. Its fun for a little bit and then the motion sickness kicks in and you start to feel worse and worse. I got it at a discount from Early Black Friday Sales but it is still worth it.

Overall greatest VR headset out there for the value, it continues to push the boundaries.

This is an amazing device. The whole family can enjoy it. Each of us enjoy the library of games available for this device. There are many new games coming out that will also be enjoyed by all of us. Even the older games are fun to play all over again with the VR it brings new views to all the games.

My trusty Quest 2 has been my exercise buddy and I've lost over 100 pounds. Really wanted to ADORE this, and the only reason I don't is that Supernatural - owned by Meta - still has relatively crap video. Also the lenses fog up; that has been such a huge problem for Quest users that one would have thought Meta would address that in the Quest3 design. The passthrough/mixed reality is AMAZING and apparently some hefty firmware updates are on the way that will wow even more.

This headset is great. In terms of actual performance and quality of the tech I'd give it 5 stars. I'm only docking it 1 star because the strap and face padding leave something to be desired. I would strongly recommend buying a 3rd party strap with a battery pack (longer battery plus a counterweight to better balance the headset). I also bought a 3rd party face pad substitute and now it's waaaay more comfy to wear while gaming.

I have a Quest 2 and added the 3 so that my husband and I could play together. This is so comfortable and the visual quality is phenomenal. The upgrades to the head strap are a big plus and I appreciate that the glasses adjustment is built in to the headset.

Went from the meta quest 2 to the meta quest 3 everything on it feels like a bit of an upgrade. However I don't feel like the value I'm getting is worth the pricetag. Besides that, it is a good product and the vr game it comes with is nice even though I mostly use this for steam VR If you're determined to get this you won't be disappointed if your curious is this worth its asking price. In my opinion, no.

You really can't beat this for the money. The new pancake lenses look amazing compared to the fresnel lenses on the Quest 2 and most other headsets. The ability to do both standalone and PCVR, and even wirelessly, makes this an amazing device for the price. You can't get anywhere near this value with any other device
