We did choose the larger storage of 500+. The difference is amazing. My son loves the newer model!

The quality of the picture in the lens is great compared to the Quest 3s but the processing power is about the same. Honestly the best way to use this headset is connecting it to a pc for higher end games like the Batman or Deadpool game. But for your normal games that aren’t as demanding will still work well. Not sure if it’s worth the price if you’re not gonna use it often though.

The Pancake style lenses the Quest 3 has do provide a much better image quality compared to the Fresnel lenses our other headsets use. Along with that while the Quest 3 is a fantastic standalone device, using it with Meta Horizon Link for some PCVR gaming can really heighten your VR experience!
We look forward to seeing where your future adventures take you once you get through Batman: Arkham Shadow and Marvel's Deadpool VR!

He gets really into the virtual experience. It's cool that I can see what he's doing on my phone as well. For a couple of years he kept asking me for a VR headset. I wanted him to be older when I got it. I saw videos of people getting injured so I was concerned. However it does warn you if you are near something that you could walk into in real life. He has been completely safe so far. It is expensive but during Christmas when I bought it Best Buy gave me $100 gift card with this purchase....so Best Buy is the Best!

The price is a bit much but everything has increased these days As a gamer. My son now also enjoys this. Worth the buy.

But the Quest is by far the best VR headset I have had the pleasure to own and use! The pass thru is great, the augmented reality is really cool (and awesome in games), and the resolution of the Quest 3 is superior to all the others. If you are upgrading, I would highly recommend the Quest 3. The 3s is good, but the 3 is the best thing out there. Well worth the added expense!

My son and I use it all the time and the graphics are really great on it. The straps, the cameras, and how it fits is all great. I like how it shows the real world while playing games.

They have changed some things for the better such as the lenses inside. He said he really likes it compared to the 2. We haven't run into any issues with it. I do also like that Oculus has a variety of games my son loves to play including multi-player games so hes able to meet other kids and talk to them.

Other than that, it has worked flawlessly so far.
