I'm not a big FB or Meta fan, but the headset is a different story. The Pan cake lens are a game changer, and you can use just the headset or connect it to a PC.

The VR is so crisp and clear it's amazing, I also, really like the mixed reality games and apps. Crazy how real everything looks and even feels.

I could play for a max of 2 hours which is definitely enough. I especially love watching movies and shows ln this thinf its theatre option is really cool!!

I just prefer to sit down and play games relaxing after a long day of work. That all changed when I tried this on at bestbuy. We ended up buying one and loving it. I am enjoying exercise through boxing games, tennis and ping pong are amazing, and wow putt putt! I even love watching sports on it because it can make it seem like you are watching it with others in a movie theatre. 2 weeks later we went back to store and bought a second one so my wife and I could play together. Love it!

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own quest 2, quest pro, and now quest 3, if you have the quest 2 this is hands down a no brainer, upgrade in every way. As far as coming from a quest pro the upgrades ae incremental at best but the added resolution and sound quality are a plus. The passthrough isnt as great as some say but its definitely better than all predecessors. The quest pro is more vivid with more color accuracy but its not a deal breaker, there is no face tracking or eye tracking here but for the cost its not a deal breaker either. At the price point this this is the best headset you can buy but I recommend going for the higher storage option 512gb as textures and game sizes are set to increase soon.
