I’m glad we chose the MetaQuest 3 instead! Major upgrade from the 3S. This thing is amazing!! Exceeded our expectations by far.

We ended up having to buy the headset that has an extra battery. Even with that my husband can only play about 2 hours max. That is enough for us, but some gamers wouldn’t like that. The sheer amount of updates this thing has is also a battery sucker.

I have enjoyed it the past 3-years, but the 64GB wasn't enough storage. I could only have at most 5-titles installed at once. My Quest 3 512GB model has enough to hold every title I've ever installed and it downloaded the game data from the Quest 2. Even better than the extra storage is the improved lenses which reduce visual artifacts caused by the fresnel lenses on the Quest 2.

She's been on it all winter break, and she almost hasn't taken it off. The battery life is amazing, and I tried it and I must say, the graphics are amazing, and the game play is great.

Headset is easy to use, but can feel a bit bulky and heavy on your face. Planning to get a battery pack to offset the weight and lengthen playing time. Glad that I chose the more pricey Q3, not only to have more memory, but because it comes with 6 months free trial of Meta Quest games. Also glad to see some good high quality games that are free.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So fun, we have been playing beat saber nonstop. it can be hard to adjust to the vision aspect (it’s easy to get a bit nauseous the first few times you play) but once you’re used to it, it’s easy to get lost in the game!!
